Nina Nardi, DVM
Dr. Nina Nardi is a California native, born and raised in the San Fernando Valley. She grew up in a house with turtles, hamsters, cats and dogs and planned on becoming a veterinarian when she was 5 years old.
She grew up in West Hills and attended Louisville High School. After high school she attended Pepperdine University and earned her BS in Biology. Immediately following Pepperdine she attended Western University and was a member of the charter class, graduating in 2007.
Dr. Nardi spent her first year out of veterinary school working in Marina Del Rey at a small privately owned practice. She then had the opportunity to open a brand new corporate hospital in Canoga Park. After a couple years at the practice she became Chief of Staff, overseeing several doctors. After 8 and 1/2 years she decided she wanted to just focus on medicine and leave out management and running a hospital, so she joined another small mom and pop practice in Woodland Hills. Four years later, here she is. She is very excited to be a part of this new practice and have the ability to work side by side with specialists while providing excellent care to her patients.
Dr. Nardi also appears on CBS's reality show Lucky Dog, where she examines and treats rescue dogs. She has been a part of the show since the beginning, seven seasons ago. You can find her on the show most Saturday mornings.
Dr. Nardi lives locally with her husband (also raised in the San Fernando Valley), two children (future veterinarians) and three dogs.
